• Last updated: January 8th, 2024: 14U free-subs, otherwise mostly formatting, reordering for readability, minor consistency improvements.

• Updated: March 1st, 2022: Defer to AYSO requirements for coach training, 16U/19U substitutions "at Referee discretion" (4.07).

• Updated: February 26th, 2019 for 2019 changes: "3 Before 4", AYSO PDI update, updated addresses for gamecards and sendoffs, minor formatting.

• Updated: March 27th, 2018 to clarify the game duration as two 40 minute halves in both the 16U and 19U age divisions.

• Updated: March 14th, 2018 to improve consistency of referee game reporting requirements, plus other minor textual cleanups.

• Updated: February 27th, 2018 to incorporate AYSO's adoption of calendar birth year definitions and Player Development Initiatives, to improve consistency in upper division substitution rules, and to change the address for retrieving ids after red-card dismissals.
